This is our way of creating space over this holiday season to create a place to unplug, heal your heart and reset to come back to wellness and into a true state of bliss with a weekend unplugged. Escape to the enchanting landscapes of Arizona this May and embark on a transformative journey of healing at our Heal Your Heart Retreat. Nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of the desert, this retreat offers a sanctuary for those seeking solace and renewal.


Guided by experienced, & professional practitioners, immerse yourself in gentle yoga, meditation, and holistic healing practices designed to soothe the soul and mend emotional wounds. As the winter sunbathes the desert in its golden glow, embrace the opportunity to release past hurts, cultivate self-love, and rediscover the joy of living with an open heart. Your host & facilitator (Lana) a trained Psychotherapist, will guide you through healing sessions during this retreat along with other modalities to help you heal and let go of what is no longer serving you.


Your wellness retreat begins with a welcome hug if you so desire, a swag bag with items to support your heart to heal. The retreat opens with plenty of time to arrive and close out your emails, text messages, and the busyness of being plugged in.


Your retreat is filled with nourishing meals, meditations brought to you by a certified Chopra Center meditation teacher as well as yoga asana designed to support your escape. This retreat provides you with time to connect with others and time and space to be alone. Explore in your own way - whether hiking, rockhounding, or just sitting and journaling or reading. 


We welcome all as you are. This is where we meet you - just as you beautifully are! We close Sunday with nourishment to go back home with you in your essential being feeling a sense of wholeness in your heart.

    1:30pm-3:00pm: Hike the Inspired Path  (Mountain hike & meditation)

    3:30pm – 6:30pm: On your own

    8:30am – 9:30am: Group Boxing Fitness Class

    10:00am – 11:30am: YOGA – Nourish your Chakra’s

    12:00pm – 1:00pm: Lunch

    1:00pm – 6:00pm: On your own – see options & availability

    How much to reserve my spot?

    A deposit is due upon registration to book your spot. 

    The final payment/balance owed is due 7 days before your retreat check-in. 

    You may also pay in full upon registering.

    What should I bring with me?

    1 | Comfortable Clothes

    Comfy clothes are an absolute must-have during retreats. This is not a time for fancy outfits, it’s a time for feeling comfortable on the outside so you can focus on growing on the inside. With that, think of yoga pants, loungewear, flip flops, t-shirts, a sweatshirt or two, and, depending on the season, a cozy cardi or light jacket to keep you warm on cool mornings or star gazing evenings.

    2 | Comfortable Walking/Hiking Shoes

    Similar to your clothing planning, comfort is key in footwear. Leave those high heels at home and instead bring your favorite walking shoes.

    3 | Water Bottle

    You always want to stay hydrated.  Staying hydrated can up your energy and keep your head clear.

    4 | Book

    Time to turn off the phone and other digital devices and dig into a good book during free time. At the moment I am reading the Yamas & Niyamas, perfect for setting the right mindset for the retreat.

    5 | Journal and Pens

    Retreats & YTT trainings are the perfect opportunity for reflection, and having a guided journal is a great way to go.  Colorful pens just make me happy. When I sit down to journal or write a list in my planner, somehow my day is a little brighter if I am using a colorful pen. I always have 3 or 4 colored pens in my purse plus a highlighter. Why not brighten up the world a little?

    6 | Swimsuit

    Enjoy the swimming pool & hot tub, and our infrared sauna for detoxing

    7 | Weather appropriate outerwear

    Just make sure to pack plenty of comfortable light clothes, a light jacket, and a sweater or sweatshirt or 2

    8 | Open Mind & Open Heart

    Our retreat center is all about connections…. Connecting with mind, body, and spirit. You can expect personal growth and reflection. Sometimes you are asked to stretch your mind, (or even decide to stretch on your own) in a direction that feels uncomfortable, like an edge. Just remember that knowing our edges and understanding where they are is important for growth. Just bring an open mind & open heart, and you may surprise yourself!

    What additional activities are available?

    Private 1 to 1 sessions

    1. Massage therapy - 1 hour = $135 (We bring in an outside partner - fantastic pro) must be pre-scheduled & prepaid a minimum of 14 days before event day.

    2. Healing touch (Reiki) - 1 hour = $150 w/Lana

    3. Chakra reading - 20 mins = $50 w/Lana

    4. Oracle card reading – 20 mins = $50 w/Lana

    5. Past life regression - 1 hour = $150 w/Lana

    6. Wimhoff Breathwork & cold plunge - 60 mins = $150 w/Mark 

    7. Self-defense/fitness workout - 60 mins = $100 w/Mark

    8. Nutrition, Cleanse & Detox Consult – 60 mins = $100 w/Mark
