Conscious Controlled Guided Breathwork is the fastest most reliable method to enter the meditative state and reprogram your subconscious mind. This 2.5 – 3-hour Biohacking experience will include Deep Meditation to tap into your subconscious mind, and possibly achieve a complete Transformational Experience.
Your breath and intentions guide the intensity. The music along with expert guidance is designed to take you on a physical, mental, and emotional journey to help you release what is no longer of use to you. This can open up pathways to better health, wealth, and abundance in your life. Through this experience you may discover what is preventing you from receiving your full worth and success, what is holding you back, & what is blocking you from being the best you can be. We will set intentions to release anything negative about the things you desire in your life, to use your gifts to receive fully, reconnect to your intuition to follow the path to abundance, and positivity, and live a life to your fullest potential.

How this Experience may help you:
Overall, breathwork offers many physical benefits that can help to improve overall health and well-being. Whether you are looking to improve cardiovascular health, reduce stress and anxiety, or simply feel more energetic, breathwork can help you achieve your goals.
Mental Benefits of Breathwork
· Reduced inflammation: Cold water immersion may have anti-inflammatory effects due to the vasoconstriction and vasodilation of your blood vessels. As blood vessels constrict and dilate, the flushing of toxins and edema can help reduce inflammation in muscles and tissues.
· Endorphins boost: Cold water immersion induces the release of endorphins in the brain that promote feelings of well-being and relaxation.
· Dopamine spike: The release of dopamine during cold exposure is linked to the body's stress response and the activation of the sympathetic nervous system. As the body senses the shock of cold temperatures, the brain releases dopamine as a part of its adaptive reaction.
· Better sleep: Engaging in cold plunge therapy earlier in the day can help regulate the body's natural circadian rhythms. Exposure to cold water triggers the release of hormones like adrenaline and norepinephrine, which elevate alertness and mental focus.
· Reduced stress: Cold exposure triggers the release of endorphins, the body's natural "feel-good" chemicals, leading to euphoria and relaxation.
· Diminished aches and pains: Applying cold water directly to an affected area, such as using ice packs or localized cold baths, can numb nerve endings and temporarily alleviate pain sensations.
· Improved injury recovery: Vasoconstriction and vasodilation stimulate blood circulation, effectively flushing out metabolic waste products and promoting the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to muscles.
· Reduced swelling: The cooling effect of cold water helps narrow the blood vessels and limit the influx of fluids into the tissues, reducing swelling and alleviating discomfort.
· Potential testosterone increase: Exposure to cold water triggers the release of hormones like adrenaline and norepinephrine. These hormones might influence the endocrine system, including the secretion of testosterone.
· Promotes lymphatic drainage: The alternation between blood vessel constriction and dilation promotes the circulation of lymph, a fluid containing immune cells and waste products.
· Enhanced immune function: Exposing the body to cold water can stimulate the production of certain immune cells, such as white blood cells. These cells play a vital role in combating infections and pathogens.
· Hormone regulation: There is emerging evidence that cold plunge therapy might impact hormone regulation on a broader scale.
· Metabolism boost: Brown fat-burning - Cold exposure prompts the body to generate heat to counteract the drop in temperature. One way the body achieves this is by increasing its metabolic rate, which leads to greater calorie burning.
means relating cacao with gratitude, intention, and reciprocity. This ceremony is an art form that responds to what is arising and true in the present moment.
When we relate with cacao ceremonially, we open our apertures to a far greater experience than simply enjoying cacao as a delicious beverage with health, mood, and energy benefits. While all of these are compelling reasons to drink cacao, according to some Indigenous elders, the ceremony is the way to put our lives into order and, in turn, bring the cosmos into order. Cacao is a teacher who is skilled at helping us reconnect with our own hearts, tend our relationships, and walk through life purposefully and guided by a clear vision.
