The 5 Most Important Things to Know About Balancing the Intuitive Energy Fields

What I have been seeing in the last 6 months, year and going back to 2020 is the chakra energy field that helps and supports us with our intuition and wisdom at a higher consciousness level is out of balance for many people. Then, the sacral chakra that governs over the physical body’s needs like food, water and shelter have also been compromised and out of balance.

Here are the 5 Most Important Things to Know:

  1. The pineal gland is super important to take care of when it comes to keeping the third eye working at its best. When third eye is working at its best, you will have the ability to see truth, your thoughts are clear, you will have a good memory and have an inner knowing. So, taking care of the pineal gland so it does not get crystalized and compromised is essential.
  2. Intuition activation comes from quieting the mind. Often times there is an overactive or underactive third eye creating lack of focus, goals and a higher purpose. What is the solution? Meditation. Meditation on a regular basis and not crisis meditating is valuable in tapping into the inner knowing.
  3. Stop numbing! Excessive fluoride, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, stimulant, and depressant drugs, as well as busyness, are all numbing devices. Fluoride is commonly found in tap water and toothpaste and can calcify the pineal gland. Sugar can slow cognitive functioning and affect memory and sleep.
  4. You know when we talk about the GUT INSTINCT. Well, if our gut is not in order, our instincts are not in order. So, to help balance the sacral energies of nourishment, which is a seed (bija) of this chakra, take in more alive foods that give back to your body, mind and soul. If you are eating poor quality foods that are processed and full of “artificial” and sugar, this will deplete the energy field.
  5. Listen to your own soul! Yes, information is great. However, there is always more information and more information and more information. You can keep collecting data, statistics, reviews, and so on and so forth. Messages can be manipulated and twisted, propaganda is abundantly present and there is a social media influx of opinions. In the end, ask yourself – Am I listening to my own soul and instincts, despite ANY information from the outside world. What feels right for you? This is not a one time ask, but asking all the time. I know that might feel exhausting but it is so worth it in the end!

Hello beautiful one!✨ Most mornings, as the first light spills over the Sonoran Desert Valley and the Sunrise Mountain in our backyard, I wander outside to greet the day—the warmth, the plants, the rugged beauty that surrounds Blisstopia Retreats.
